I’ve been part of the Hot Chocolate Festival team since 2021, supporting CityFood Events as a website content manager and vendor liaison. Originally working within a GoDaddy setup, I transitioned with the team to a WordPress Elementor theme in 2024, and in 2025 helped launch the second festival site, Koolfest.
Although I didn’t design the websites, my role as Web Manager includes:
• Uploading and managing seasonal vendor content for both festivals
• Communicating with up to 80 participating businesses per season
• Sending private proofs of their web pages and implementing requested edits
• Coordinating timelines and content flow to ensure a smooth, organized launch each year
This collaboration highlights my strengths in content coordination, client communication, and supporting WordPress websites through seasonal updates. I love this kind of ongoing support and am open to similar roles involving WordPress (Elementor or Divi), vendor/project coordination, or creative VA support.
